Which testing are you leaning towards?OPTIONAL
You do not need to choose anything here. You are only paying for the GP session today. Nothing below can be bought now, and picking one commits you to nothing. Your testing is decided with the GP at your session, after your history and records are reviewed. If you do pick one, we pass it to Dr Coward so he can prepare.
Medicare-eligible + DEXA AFTER GP SESSION

SETUP NOTES (remove before launch)
1. STRIPE_PAYMENT_LINK: create a Payment Link in Stripe for the GP session ($288; confirm with the accountant whether GST applies and if the price is inclusive) and paste it in the script below. Programme interest is appended as client_reference_id, visible in the Stripe dashboard and payment notifications.
2. In Stripe, set the Payment Link confirmation to redirect to the hosted booking page so payment flows straight into choosing a time with Colin.
3. DONE: discovery-chat Calendly connected here and on the main page. Colin's booking link (MediRecords/Coviu/Calendly) still goes on the booking page.
Until Stripe is connected, the pay button skips ahead to the booking page so you can preview the full flow.
